Invisible Holiday

Greetings! Can't believe that the time has now come for my next post, it's been ages!
 I hope you haven't lost faith in me, because I'm still here to satisfy your collage needs - not to worry! I've been really busy with work mostly and with my drawings, too. I've recently become a proud member of PRISMA artist collective (along with some really brilliant artists, whose work i adore) the wonder-creation of my friend and fellow magician :) Kaspian Shore. Now I'll urge you to look at the site, as it contains tons of beauty!
 So the reason I haven't been updating the blog is time. Time is money. Not in my case though. Time in my case is definitely art, making collages and drawing and experimenting. I try to turn all my free time, even a spare half hour into drawings. My time is all on paper. This is getting obsessive, but what can I do? I guess I just need a holiday... So I can have more of this art-time.

I trust you are all doing well!
Here are a couple of quick updates from me and my cut-out friends:
 Some of my collages featuring beautiful leading ladies of the cinema are available to buy from Audrey Grace Boutique! If you are in Jackson, MS, you can pay a visit to the shop filled with vintage and exclusive clothes, accessories and artwork, and if you are not so lucky, I believe you can buy things online (visit the facebook page for that).
Also, I couldn't miss the opportunity to participate in a competition organized by Secret7s in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust. The challenge was to provide a cover design for the chosen songs. Here are two of the ones I made for Ben Howard and DJ Shadow, I also made a collage design for CSS, and drawings for The Cure , Bombay Bicycle Club and Florence and the Machine. I really got in the spirit of illustrating songs, so couldn't stop on submitting just one piece :) Hope you like them! Voting starts on the 20th, but can you click Support button for now and I'll send you a virtual hug by owl post :)

Evening, friends!

I prepared this collage attack for you at New Year's! Do you like them? I very much hope so. In my other blog, I wrote some things I'm thankful for in 2011 and here, I just want to say thank you for reading and looking at my collage world - it feels like I'm doing what I really must when I read your comments and get your wonderful emails! You absolutely rock, all of you! So here's my NY resolution and a wish for you as well:  

Dream and travel, even if it is an inner journey, never never give up what you love, and feel your strength. 

Also,a little more magic in our lives won't hurt, don't you agree?

It is so lovely to look at our planet from the outer space.
